Hardwood Grilling:

The secret to our incredibly flavorful barbecue is out back in our hardwood grills. We have the best hardwoods trucked in weekly to keep our grilling process consistent year round, so you always have that signature taste. The way we grill is unique and time-sensitive. We do our best to cook as much as possible, but please understand if we have sold out before you arrive.

Hours:

  • We are open all year! (except for Christmas-New Year’s, Easter, and Thanksgiving)
  • Summer Hours (May 1st – Sep 30th) 10am-7pm
  • Winter Hours (Oct 1st – April 30th) 10am-6pm
